Measures to Prevent Harassment in Recruitment Activities

The JFR Group has established its Human Rights Policy under the JFR Principles of Action and is promoting initiatives to respect and protect human rights. In our recruitment activities, we do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination, including, but not limited to, prejudice, discrimination, sexual harassment, and power harassment.

To ensure that harassment does not occur when job seekers and employees interact, we have established specific rules for our recruitment activities and provide training to employees involved in job fairs, interviews, and internships. By establishing a consultation desk, we will respect the human rights of all students and job seekers and ensure that we provide a fair and safe environment.
